Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy 

Faulty or defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. Due to the one of a kind nature of our products, refunds will not be issued for any reason other than manufacturers defect.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the full purchase price via your original payment method. If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for any incurred return shipping charges. 

Shipping
To return your product, please email our Return Coordinator at returns@heritagebrand.com for specific shipping instructions. 


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at returns@heritagebrand.com or call us at 855-389-9889 and we can update you on the process. Depending on the payment method your financial institution can hold refunds for up to two weeks or longer.

You are responsible for proper shipping, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
